The Influence of Voltage on Surface Resistivity of Outdoor Insulator

Abstract
This article identifies the calculation of the parameters for an expanded equivalent model of insulation system based on Maxwell - Wagner theory for ceramic outdoor insulator. Debye independent polarization processes were under consideration. The values of a steady component of elementary polarization currents and time of responses were estimated. The main focus was aimed on voltage varied from 1 to 1000 V influence on of a steady element of charging current represented insulation resistivity in infinity time. Comparison between results from the time and frequency domain was carried out.
