Abstract
: The study presents effective methods for optimal loading of power transformers. The methods are developed by different criteria:
- Minimal power losses;
- Minimal energy losses;
- Minimal years expenditures, calculated with Net Present Value (NPV) methodology
The research includes comparative analysis of methods with theoretical and graphical approaches. The study demonstrates significant difference between results from these three criteria and shows the most adequate approach for achievement of optimal loading of power transformers.
