Paris agreement and the development of ecological energy in Poland

Abstract
The paper will presented the latest documents adopted on a global scale, such as the agreement adopted at COP 21 in Paris on December 2015 that replaces the expired in 2012 Kyoto Protocol, directives adopted by the European Commission and approved national normative documents, that apply to climate – energy policy. Implementation of the objectives of these documents is associated with further efforts to improve the climate and the pursuit of competitive low-carbon economy in the EU.
