Abstract
With increasing demand for high-class measurement devices manufacturers have to make such measurement and evaluation devices so that they would be competitive on the market. In the present there are plenty of devices which allows us to measure small and high currents through the use of selective method by current clamps. Devices which evaluates or displays measured values are chosen in high class of accuracy but even in these cases there could be a failure caused by measuring which could be high.

Problem itself appears when we use clamps of bigger proportions for measuring current in cable (wire) with small diameter, for example if cable is moved from the center of clamps, measured value is changing. Failure changes also according to the value of current. Despite of the fact that devices themselves are made in high class of accuracy by their wrong usage failure of measurement is increasing. Because of stated fact it is possible to consider some results as inaccurate and so they are not relevant, for example in the case of comparison electrometer with device using current clamps.
